Greetings From Lockdown


A postcard series exploring the poignancy of life in Covid-19. They quite literally reframe how we see our homes under quarantine  – through the window, with the world outside just beyond and out of reach. We asked our friends around the world to share photos of their views with us, then gave each one its own type treatment based on the personality and pace of the city, with a nod to classic postcard design.

























We shared the work in a Twitter thread, where we asked people to reply with a photo of ther view that we can then make into a custom postcard to send back.





















To take it a step further, we put the postcards out in the concrete jungle by adapting the postcards to an OOH space in New York’s public transit.
